What more can you ask for? I'd buy it in a second. SCORE: 4.7 Panelist #2 Many would enjoy this cigar's sweetness and flavorful aroma. Smoke it with a cognac, and keep a book of matches nearby. SCORE: 3.3 Panelist #3 From the looks of this cigar, I expected good things, and it delivered. A full-bodied maduro that would hold up to a strong drink. SCORE: 4.5 Panelist #4 Thank you sir, may I have another? It was great. I'll put a bunch of these in my humidor. Medium- to full-bodied, creamy. There's something for everyone. SCORE: 4.0 Panelist #2 Mild, smooth, and good to the last puff, these cigars stay smooth to the end. They're ideal for anyone who appreciates good cigars. SCORE: 4.1 Panelist #3 This cigar won me over because, despite being a medium-bodied smoke, it's unique and complex. Who wouldn't like it? SCORE: 4.0 Panelist #4 I'd recommend this cigar to those who enjoy good, solid sticks. No problems, just a B+ cigar that stole my heart. Perhaps I'd keep one in the box. SCORE: 3.5 Panelist #2 This is one fine-tasting cigar, perfectly suited for the connoisseur. It didn't redefine cigars, but it still tasted great. SCORE: 4.3 Panelist #3 Not a bad smoke, but probably not one I'd take on vacation. Good for around the house or walking the dog, if priced right. SCORE: 3.3 Panelist #4 I enjoyed the flavor overall. The great draw was a big selling point, even if the burn was less than perfect. A solid cigar. A spicy, rich, and tasty box-press with no shortage of flavor. Kudos all around. SCORE: 4.2 Panelist #3 Despite an at-times uneven burn, this one did enough things well to make it a good addition to the humidor. Try it, you'll like it! SCORE: 4.0 Panelist #4 Mexican food, a margarita, and this baby, and you've found a little bit of heaven on earth. A rich and spicy indulgence. It's not a refined taste. SCORE: 3.5 Panelist #2 A mild, non-offensive smoke. Maybe not my cup of tea, but I would recommend these to those who like a good morning smoke. SCORE: 3.8 Panelist #3 This cigar offered no surprises. It was a quality smoke with a mild flavor. Fans of Dominican tobacco will enjoy it, especially with java. SCORE: 4.1 Panelist #4 This cigar really presented itself well … maybe too well. The taste did not live up to the presentation. Some age time? SCORE: 3.3 BUCANERO Windjammer Country: Costa Rica Wrapper: Ecuador Binder: Ecuador Manufacturer: Bucanero Filler: DR/Nic Price: $6.75 Panelist #1 This was a well put-together cigar that I would definitely recommend. I will find this strong, spicy, and satisfying stick. SCORE: 4.0 Panelist #2 Despite minor construction glitches, this is a good, solid, mild-tasting cigar. It's kind of like a Dunhill, but not quite as elegant. SCORE: 3.5 Panelist #3 This cigar was an excellent companion to cognac or a good coffee. The look and feel of it belied its exceptional quality. SCORE: 4.6 Panelist #4 If not for a tight draw, this cigar would've performed better. It's consistent, with a tasty flavor of nuts throughout. SCORE: 4.2 ROMEO Y JULIETA Vintage III Country: Dominican Republic Wrapper: Ecuador Binder: Dominican Republic Manufacturer: Tabacalera De Espana Filler: Dominican Republic Price: $7.70 Panelist #1 I would recommend this cigar to anyone, especially if it's affordable. This creamy, mild friend can sit in my humidor any time. SCORE: 3.9 Panelist #2 This played nicely with a vintage port. Quite an enjoyable smoke, a definite buy signal. I'd highly recommend this robusto! SCORE: 4.3 Panelist #3 An overall consistent smoke that's light and pleasant, well-suited for after brunch. I would buy this and share it with friends. It's close, but not quite there. SCORE: 3.0 Panelist #2 I'd love for this one to join the crowd in my humidor. Well-built, good, firm draw, beautiful dark wrapper. A powerhouse of taste. SCORE:4.9 Panelist #3 This is a perfect cigar for a smoker who's ready to go from mild to medium strength. Consistent through-out, good with coffee. SCORE: 3.9 Panelist #4 I can't wait to find out what this is, because I want more. It's well-rolled and it looks great. And then the taste: wow! Buy it. You'll be happy you did. It's an excellent cigar, a real pleasure alongside a cordial. SCORE: 4.5 Panelist #2 I consider this a pretty good cigar, even if it was a bit light. Still, it was hard to put down. I love the wrapper and its lack of veins. SCORE: 4.2 Panelist #3 Despite hinting at great things, this cigar never really flourishes. It was a tasty, spicy, earthy, and woodsy kind of smoke that I'd recommend to my friends. Fun to smoke. SCORE: 3.7 Panelist #3 There were construction problems that surely impeded this cigar's performance. What flavor came through did not impress. SCORE: 4.7 Panelist #2 A great mild cigar. Perhaps not memorable, but there's a place in the world for good, light cigars such as this one. SCORE: 4.3 Panelist #3 An interesting cigar due to its unique flavor style. It never gets harsh. Fans of rich, earthy Nicaraguan smokes will go nuts for it. SCORE: 3.7 Panelist #4 This beauty looks gorgeous, smells nice .. and teases the hell out of you by never giving it up! Promises more than it gives. SCORE: 3.0 MONTAGUE Robusto Country: Indonesia Wrapper: Indonesia Binder: Indonesia Manufacturer: Swedish Match Filler: Indonesia/Brazil Price: $3.50 Panelist #1 A great cigar, one I would buy for those times when I was feeling good about myself. Color, aroma, and shape are all great. SCORE: 4.5 Panelist #2 A light, easy smoke with lots of lovely scents. Watch that ash: Don't smoke it in a tuxedo or while restoring "The Last Supper." SCORE: 3.7 Panelist #3 This is a keeper that will be added to my humidor. A damn good smoke, ideal with port in the glass and Miles Davis on the box. Well-made, and suited for the newbies. SCORE: 3.7 Panelist #3 This one is easy on the nose, and a treat for the taste buds. The second half will take you away on waves of ecstasy.
