We travel among green hills dotted with prim, Presbyterian-gray villages; shaggy, Brahma-horned cattle and garron ponies that peer over stone walls, and that hardy Scot - the sweater-making sheep. Four hundred thousand Highlanders to 4 million sheep and counting....
