 | | OCCIDENTAL RESERVE DOUBLE MADURO Robusto | Country: DR | Manufacturer: Alec Bradley Cigar Co. | Size: 4 7/8 x 50 | Filler: DR/Indo | Binder: Conn | Wrapper: Ecu | | Panelist #1 | A very consistent and ultimately pleasing smoke. I can see it matching up with any beverage of choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | This young cigar has great potential. I'd buy a box and store them in the humidor. They'll be worth the wait. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | I smoked this to the stub, then finished the rest in my burlwood pipe! Best after a surf-and-turf dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | A great daytime smoke, after lunch or with a round of golf. It pairs nicely with a cup of joe or a good merlot. RECOMMENDED |
 | | BAHIA VINTAGE 1998 Esplendido | Country: Nic | Manufacturer: Bahia Cigars | Size: 6 x 50 | Filler: Nic | Binder: Nic | Wrapper: Nic | | Panelist #1 | One of the better cigars I've had in years! I just hope it's legal. Matches extremely well with XO Cognac. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | I would keep these around for a rainy day, and I'd make sure I'm sitting down when I smoke it! RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | The flavor was satisfying but I had to work hard with re-lights. Try some, but let Ôem sit for a while. MILDLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | Match this one up with a glass of Dewar's 12-year-old for a complete hour of pleasurable contemplation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
 | | CUBAN CRAFTERS Campana | Country: Nic | Manufacturer: Cuban Crafters | Size: 5 1/2 x 60 | Filler: Nic | Binder: Nic | Wrapper: Nic | | Panelist #1 | A little piece of heaven. A great smoke to have after a juicy steak with a glass of merlot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | Despite the obvious marketing ploy behind the shape, this is a solid smoke. Old-timers will appreciate it. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | A lightweight cigar in a heavyweight package. I'd recommend this to those who court danger, not live it. MILDLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | This thick heavy smoke will go well with a winter ale, a port, or a single malt Islay. Time will mellow it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
 | | VINTAGE 1992 BY ROCKY PATEL Torpedo | Country: Hon | Manufacturer: Indian Tabac Cigar Co. | Size: 6 1/4 x 52 | Filler: DR/Nic | Binder: Mex | Wrapper: Ecu | | Panelist #1 | This was a very pleasant cigar, approachable for the novice, but interesting enough for a veteran. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | Prominent flavor will get better with age. These are on my list; I await their identity with eager palate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | A relaxing, slow-burning cigar, perfectly suited for capping a long day's work. Give it some time in the humi. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | The perfect stress reliever; I'll be happy to add this to my humidor's arsenal. A definite must-have! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
 | | JOYA DE HAVANA Gran Toro | Country: Hon | Manufacturer: Crown David Int'l | Size: 6 1/2 x 56 | Filler: Nic/Hon | Binder: Nic | Wrapper: Nic | | Panelist #1 | Both samples I smoked were excellent. This cigar would make a fantastic companion to an espresso. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | If you're looking for the full-bodied cigar experience of a lifetime, this is it! Newbies have been warned! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | The hardest decision to make with this maduro beauty was whether to pair it with a port or a rum. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | Take your time with this one, or it'll knock you on your ass! A cigar sure to impress maduro-loving friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |

 | | COMPAY Buena | Country: Nic | Manufacturer: Tabacalera Perdomo | Size: 4 3/4 x 52 | Filler: Nic | Binder: Nic | Wrapper: Nic | | Panelist #1 | A pleasant, full-bodied, short smoke that was complex and unintrusive. I'd buy more, depending on price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | I'd describe this as a very high-quality smoke that would go down well alongside a dry red wine. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | This cigar is pretty straightforward, and is best suited for the evening with a cola-based mixed drink. MILDLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | This is what a short maduro cigar should be: bold but not strong, with an understated sweetness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
 | | DAVIDOFF Robusto Real Especiale No. 7 | Country: DR | Manufacturer: Davidoff | Size: 5 x 48 | Filler: DR | Binder: DR | Wrapper: Ecu | | Panelist #1 | A pleasurable smoke with no noticeable flaws. It seems to go best after grilled meat, with smooth whiskey. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | This cigar can be enjoyed after lunch with a cappuccino or in the evening with some good port or cognac. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | A first-class smoke on the milder side; a novice could appreciate it as much as an experienced smoker. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | A cigar worthy of a special occasion. Ideal for a cigar-friendly cocktail party - if you can still find one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
 | | C.A.O. BRAZILIA Piranha | Country: Hon | Manufacturer: C.A.O. International | Size: 4 1/2 x 46 | Filler: Nic | Binder: Nic | Wrapper: Braz | | Panelist #1 | The last sample was as flavorful and enjoyable as the first. A perfect cigar when you want a quick smoke. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | If you want a strong cigar that won't chase people away with its aroma, this could be the one you're seeking. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | Loosen up on that roll and you probably have a decent-tasting cigar; as is, it didn't live up to its good looks. FAIR | | Panelist #4 | A good example of a maduro that isn't too strong. It's good for a night out where aroma is a consideration. RECOMMENDED |
 | | OLIVEROS XL FOR MEN XL/52 | Country: DR | Manufacturer: Habana Cuba | Size: 5 X 52 | Filler: DR/Nic/Hon | Binder: Conn | Wrapper: Braz | | Panelist #1 | This flavorful big boy will make you want to settle back with it for an hour. Pair it with a good stout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #2 | I think this one liked me! All the samples were consistent, and were great paired up with a martini. RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #3 | This stick seemed to lack the bold character it was promising, but the overall experience was pleasant. MILDLY RECOMMENDED | | Panelist #4 | This cigar matched up nicely with my 18-year-old Glenlivet. I'll be getting a box when I know what it is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED |
